Track: In a brilliant antipodean collaboration, BENEE and Mallrat unveil the ultra pop track ‘Do It Again’, Official Song for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023™ with live dates ahead.

Aotearoa/New Zealand’s BENEE and Australia’s Mallrat have joined forces to release the Official Song for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023™, ‘Do It Again’. Could there ever be such a perfect collaboration?

Fittingly, the football competition takes place across Australian and New Zealand throughout July and August and the collaboration between the antipodean über pop queens is unsurprisingly brilliant: euphoric and anthemic and crafted to take permanent residency in the brain. Football may not be coming home just yet but it will certainly shine a blinding spotlight down under next month.

Perfect stadium filling pop and a collaboration that couldn’t be more perfect for such a momentous occasion. It should carry an infectious pop warning:

‘Do It Again’ is out now and available to download and stream here.

And in even better news, if possible, you can catch the dayglo pop brilliance of these artists live on the stage at the Opening Ceremony of the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023, taking place at Eden Park in Aotearoa/New Zealand on 20 July before BENEE heads over the ditch to play at Splendour In The Grass and SPIN OFF Festivals. The opening match will see co-hosts New Zealand facing off against 1995 winners Norway in Auckland/Tāmaki Makaurau.
