Track: Nature TV – Words

Irene Giunta

Having released and received an effusive response to their first new music of 2023, ‘Illusions‘ back in May and enjoying an extended run on the road across the UK with Chappaqua Wrestling. Nature TV have returned with new single ‘Words’, taken from their next EP titled ‘Mid Flight’ due later this year via Heist or Hit.

Singer and guitarist, Guy Bangham says of the single:

“Words can get you into trouble. Trying to say something nice can come out awfully and just trying to get your point across can make no sense to anyone but you. Sometimes it’s best not to say anything at all, but then you’re frightened into isolation. This is for all those people who feel stranded out there, saying that the best way off your island is to reach out-most people want to help, don’t go down the lonely path of thinking they don’t.”

Effortlessly cool vocals over shimmering vibrant guitar work all wrapped in some nice production, that lets the band’s songwriting talent really shine. It’s sunshine filled soulful indie that feels very much needed in the current climate.
