With the release of their new album Any Day getting nearer and nearer, The Sea and Cake have unveiled the new records second single, following on from the brilliant title track, called These Falling Arms . It’s usual Sea and Cake fare – beautiful tunes, unassuming vocals and gently shifting accompaniments spiced with these gloriously warm chords. Beautiful stuff.
Following the album’s release, the band will be touring throughout North America and Europe, the European dates include a set at Primavera Sound festival in Barcelona and a performance at the MOTH Club in London on 5 June.
