The Neon Cars are a four piece Indie Rock band from Cork, Ireland. Since the release of their debut single ‘When I Met You In The Summer’ back in 2020, the band have released a number of energetic singles. In January 2023, the group released their biggest track to date ‘Hold Onto It’ produced by Aidan Cunningham. Following the release of ‘Hold Onto It’, the band went back to the studio and started work on a brand new project with Alex Borwick at the producer’s seat. Today (8.07.2023), the band will release ‘The Way It’s Always Been’. This is the first single from the upcoming EP due this Autumn.

“‘The Way It’s Always Been’ is a song that we have wanted to release for so long. After our last single back in January we took some time out to focus on writing and this is the first one we did that felt like it was a step up in our writing. It’s got an uplifting feel and looks at a positive side of life when sometimes there’s a lot of negativity. ” – The Neon Cars
