Laneway Festival 2026 has finally dropped its lineup — with Chappell Roan confirmed as the top-billing act in a bill packed with global heavyweights, cult heroes and rising stars.

The Missouri-born pop sensation, whose meteoric rise has turned her into one of the most in-demand festival headliners of the year, will lead the charge at Laneway. She’s joined by Wolf Alice, making their long-awaited Australian return, as well as New Zealand alt-pop star Benee and cult indie favourite Alex G.

Bedroom-pop icon Cavetown, UK garage revivalist PinkPantheress and New York firebrands The Dare and Geese bring fresh generational energy, while Wet Leg, Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers, and Mt. Joy keep the indie hooks coming.

The lineup also amplifies a new wave of voices: Gigi Perez, Jensen McRae, Lucy Davis, Malcolm Too, Oslo, Role Model, and the spellbinding WISP. Together, they push Laneway’s reputation as the festival that gives as much shine to future stars as it does to established giants.

Laneway Festival 2026 looks set to be one of the event’s most adventurous and celebratory editions to date, with Chappell Roan taking centre stage in a moment that feels like pure pop history in the making.
