Emotionally charged and warmingly soulful, Luchi returns to captivate audiences with his latest single, ‘Mountain.’

Opening with a gentle piano melody, setting the stage for Luchi’s warm and expressive vocals. As the track unfolds, tension builds with a heavy bass line, leading into an ethereal sonic landscape filled with harmonies, experimental sound effects, and beautiful instrumentation. Each chorus ushers listeners into an uplifting atmosphere, driven by intense, rhythmic drums that propel the song forward, creating a sense of intensity and cinematic grandeur.

Luchi provides insight into the inspiration behind ‘Mountain,’ saying, “Mountain is a really special song to me. It was one of those songs that just poured out of me and was written within 10 minutes. I wrote this song at 3 am, by my keyboard, after a conversation with someone close to me that struggles with addiction issues. I was trying to convince them to get help, but they said they just weren’t ready and didn’t have the strength to do it yet.”

The artist goes on to relate the song’s message to broader struggles, saying, “It can be tough when someone you care deeply about is hurting, but sometimes they just can’t see you in the light because they are surrounded by their own darkness. I hope that anyone who is struggling with addiction or mental illness hears this song and knows that even though the mountain seems steep and just getting up off the floor can feel like the hardest thing to do, you have got the strength inside of you to face it.”

Luchi’s journey through the music industry began at a young age in Glasgow. By the age of 16, he was already visiting studios to learn about the recording process and record his original material. His early singles, such as ‘Don’t Look Back’ and ‘Coming Home,’ quickly climbed the charts, with the latter reaching No. 2 on iTunes Singer/Songwriter Charts. Luchi’s subsequent releases have consistently hit the top 10, including his recent single ‘Things He Handed Down.’

In addition to his own career, Luchi also lends his songwriting talents to other artists. He’s garnered recognition in songwriting contests and regional heats, showcasing his distinctive style and mature lyricsm, drawing from personal experiences to create music that resonates authentically with his listeners.

‘Mountain’ serves as a powerful anthem of resilience and inner strength, motivating others to face their challenges with courage and determination.
