Hayley Williams is heading back to Australia, with the Paramore frontwoman landing in Australia for two very special, intimate nights in February 2027.
Following extensive sold out North and Central American dates in 2026 and 2027, Sydney’s Enmore Theatre and Melbourne’s Forum will host “The Hayley Williams Show” on Wednesday 10 and Wednesday 17 February respectively. The news comes as excitement reaches fever pitch following a series of cryptic teasers earlier this week.
Launching in Florida this month, ‘The Hayley Williams Show’ draws from all three of Williams’ solo albums while leaving room for a few surprises along the way. Demand has been immediate, with shows at New York’s Forest Hills Stadium and the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles selling out, while early reviews have been overwhelmingly positive.
The tour brings Williams’ solo work back into the spotlight following ‘Ego Death At A Bachelorette Party’, her first independently released project after moving beyond her Atlantic Records era. The sprawling 20-song record finds Williams pushing well beyond the boundaries of Paramore, adding another chapter to a solo career that began with ‘Petals for Armor’ in 2020 and ‘Flowers for Vases / descansos’ the following year.
‘Ego Death At A Bachelorette Party’ was nominated for numerous Grammy Awards, including Best Alternative Music Album, with nominations for songs “Parachute” in the Best Alternative Music Performance category, “Mirtazapine” in the Best Rock Performance category, and “Glum” in the Best Rock Song category. She has previously been nominated 5 times for her work in Paramore, with 3 wins including Best Rock Album and Best Alternative Performance in 2023.
Across more than two decades, she has gone from teenage pop-punk firestarter to one of alternative music’s most recognisable voices, while Paramore themselves have repeatedly shifted shape rather than settling comfortably into nostalgia.
Her solo catalogue gives Williams even more room to move. ‘Ego Death At A Bachelorette Party’ is restless, personal and deliberately difficult to pin down, moving through indie rock, pop and more experimental corners without sounding like a Paramore record wearing different clothes. Now Australian fans can look forward to seeing her perform it and her other material live.
