We’re absolutely delighted to premiere Los Angeles electro-indie pop six piece Karmic new single, X Marks the Spot here on Backseat Mafia.
X Marks the Spot this little bubble of positivity, the co singers Laura Baruch and Kylee Katch trading harmonies and pretty much everything else as it floats around, its smart , cool pop sensibilities warmed by this pulsating bassline, handclaps (actually, they had us at the handclaps) and melodies that make you want to move, and more. The day-glow synth lines dance along and are joined by a liberal spread of pops, shards and sprinkles that make the whole thing sparkle.
