PREMIERE: Leon Creek stream debut album ‘Far from Broken’ in full ahead of release tomorrow and share closing track’s video

Leon Creek

If you’re a fan of Chris Pierce and the Los Angeles-based artist’s various musical outlets – we certainly are – then we’ve got a treat for you today. Two of them, actually. We premiered the video for his side-project trio Leon Creek‘s ‘Shakes the Ground’ last month and are delighted to share a full stream of the album that song’s taken from. It’s a powerful 8-song collection called Far from Broken, with the band lineup completed by Matthew Stevens and Eric Janson, and you can check that out below.

Not only that, but we’ve also got your first look at the Kane Lehanneur-helmed accompanying video for final single and closing track ‘Hope Never Leaves My Side’, of which the band had this to say: “[We] wanted to keep creating in the vintage Americana style of our first two videos but add a live performance element that could help convey the emotions of the song. We are admirers of Australian director and animator Kane Lehanneur’s video work, and he ran with our ideas and created a beautiful world of colors, grain and animated lyrics, where in spite of struggle, optimism is the silver lining.”

It’s a fantastic clip in every sense of the word, so go watch that and then stream the album, which is out tomorrow.
