See: Polychrome – Final Kiss Video, plus album and tour news

The silkiest, smoothest hook-laden glory that is ‘Final Kiss’ by Polychrome, reviewed here last month has now been augmented further by the release of a new video: a series of luminous neon lights that evoke the vague eighties feel of this brilliant song. This is, for me, one of the stand out singles of the year so far:

Band member Oliver Price said: ‘I shot the video using my iPhone and some diffraction glasses while wandering around pretty high at the last ever Secret Garden Party festival last summer. I got home and thought the footage would make a great music video so I got some friends together with video editing skills to make it work. It became a bit of an homage to Secret Garden Party, a Final Kiss goodbye to a festival which has given us so many good times over the years.’

And if that wasn’t enough, Polychrome have announced the release of their debut self-titled album to be launched at the eclectic venue Paper Dress Vintage, Hackney on 14 May 2018. This is one album release I am really looking forward to hear.

Polychrome are:
Vicky Harrison
Oliver Price
Stephen Hodd
