Late 2014 saw the highly influential and much revered Libertines announce that not only were they re-entering the fray, but they’d also signed a record deal and were recording their first studio album in over ten years. Fast forward to today and we can confirm that the album ‘Anthems For Doomed Youth’, is in the can and scheduled for release on 4th September. Recorded at Karma Sound Studios, Thailand, over 6 weeks during April and May, the album was produced by Jake Gosling, including 4 live tracks that will feature as a bonus on the deluxe edition of the release.
