Following on from their debut eponymous ep which brought them to the worlds attention, especially with the smash hit ‘This Strange Effect’, and tours with the likes of Khurangbin and Chicano Batman, The Shacks are back with a new tune, Wings.
It has this sort of shrouded indie mystery about it, as it plays out with this instantly lovable melody, singer Shannon’s soft vocal draped over wonky synths, driving bass and this saxophone solo that gives all of it this rather woozy, blurry feel.
