Track: Bobby Oroza releases the sultry Soul of I Got Love

Following on from his rather brilliant 2018 debut album This Love, Helsinki raised Bobby Oroza has just released a new single, I Got Love. Born of a Bolivian mother and Finnish father, found music coursing through his veins, his jazz guitarist father being some influence to his sound, this old soul vibe he has going on.

Take new single, I Got Love, as an example. Built on a Wigan Casino shuffle and these sharp edged guitar chords alongside these sultry flute lines means it just has this lazy, hazy feel about it. It’s the quality of the song and its melodies, delivered with a slightly psychedelic hue surrounding them by Oroza, that means it could have been from just about any time in the last half century, that makes it really sparkle.
