Oasis have released a new live recording of Cigarettes & Alcohol, captured during their homecoming show at Manchester’s Heaton Park on 11 July 2025.
The track, recorded as the sixth song in the set, comes from the first of five nights in Manchester which drew a combined audience of 340,000. Fans travelled from across the world to see the band’s return to their home city.
The release arrives as the band begin a run of seven sold-out nights at London’s Wembley Stadium, the first of which took place this weekend. These shows follow stadium dates in Cardiff and Manchester as part of the Live ’25 tour.
Alongside the tour, Oasis records continue to dominate the UK charts. Their compilation Time Flies… 1994-2009 has returned to Number 1, with Definitely Maybe and (What’s The Story) Morning Glory? both sitting inside the Top 5.
