Barcelona’s psych-rock quartet, The Zephyr Bones have shared their new track, ‘Afterglow’. This new track is taken from their forthcoming second album, ‘Neon Body’ due 22nd October via La Castanya.
A punch of electronic, some 80s bass and cool melodic guitar work. A wavering delicate vocal that sounds so good through headphones. There is a taste of Al Stewart in those vocals and the twin guitars. The band just give you a little more than most bands with their songwriting, the short interludes that take the song on small journeys in between the lyrics and the stellar outro that leaves you wanting more.
