Liverpool trio Native Kings return with a new single ‘The Sound Of Victory’, ahead of a busy period after decamping to the studio and recording three more forthcoming singles. It’s a catchy slice of arty indie rock, these edgy guitars splashing over the top of a funky sounding bassline and this slightly angular vibe. It’s decorated with an almost irresistable melody, and hooks that drag you along with it. Throw in some pop punk stylings and you’ve got a recipe for success.
