Evanescence have announced their return to Australia later this year, with three special headline shows confirmed for October and November 2025.
Presented by Triple M, Destroy All Lines and TEG Live, the band will perform in Perth (30 October), Melbourne (7 November), and Sydney (14 November). These dates come ahead of their support slot on Metallica’s M72 World Tour, where Evanescence will join the stadium run alongside Suicidal Tendencies.
Best known for their 2003 breakthrough Fallen — certified Diamond in the U.S. and home to hits such as “Bring Me to Life” — the band has maintained a steady presence over two decades. Led by Amy Lee, Evanescence have released five studio albums to date and earned two Grammy Awards, while continuing to evolve their mix of rock, metal, and symphonic influences.
Recent singles include Afterlife from the Netflix series Devil May Cry and Fight Like A Girl featuring K. Flay from the upcoming John Wick spinoff Ballerina. Following a sold-out Australian tour in 2023 celebrating Fallen’s 20th anniversary, the upcoming headline shows will offer a closer setting before the band shifts to the scale of stadiums with Metallica.
