News: Faye Webster Is Coming Back to Australia this July

Faye Webster is heading back Down Under this July for two headline shows, and she’s bringing her pedal steel, string section, and existential yearning with her. The Atlanta-born artist is riding high on the wave of Underdressed at the Symphony, her fifth full-length and one of 2024’s most acclaimed records.

The record is a soft-focus portrait of intimacy in all its confusing forms, from unrequited lust to awkward friendship breakups, wrapped in her signature syrupy vocals, shimmering strings, and the omnipresent twang of pedal steel.

Following the album’s release, Webster hit the road hard with her biggest North American tour yet, selling out venues like Radio City Music Hall and Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium. Along the way, she roped in high-profile mates like Lil Yachty and Daniel Caesar for surprise cameos, made her network TV debut on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, and dropped one of the dreamiest NPR Tiny Desk Concerts in recent memory.

A self-taught guitarist since primary school and a yo-yo enthusiast (yes, really), Webster has always defied easy classification. Her roots are in bluegrass, her breakout was on rap-skewed Awful Records (alongside Father, Playboi Carti, and Ethereal.) She’s also a photographer who’s shot Offset and Nike campaigns, a part-time model, and somehow still the quietest person in the room.

Catch her in Australia this July, where she’ll be serving up emotional wreckage with a side of Southern charm and a knowing smirk.

Faye Webster Australia 2025 tour
