News: Touch & Go Return With New Remix Collection Of Classic Hit ‘Would You…?’

Touch & Go revisit their iconic 90s anthem ‘Would You…?’, offering a 12 track collection of remixes which span genre and give the track a fresh rework.

Originally written by the multifaceted David Lowe, the creative mind behind many of the BBC’s most recognisable theme tunes, ‘Would You…?’ gets a vibrant, 2025-ready refresh. The new remix collection breathes modern fire into the track’s smoky, jazz-infused core, while retaining the sultry intrigue that made it a chart sensation over two decades ago.

Merging a dynamic array of genres, from Tech House and Acid to Afro Beat and Hip-Hop, the collection pushes musical boundaries while keeping the song’s seductive DNA intact. Multilingual versions in Spanish, French, and Portuguese bring a global edge to the release, reaffirming the track’s universal appeal.

The remix roster showcases an eclectic lineup of talent: Rodge, Black Traffic, Shumba Maasai & Aron Kyne, R3ZMA, and Hanky Lanky — each offering their unique spin. Whether it’s deep basslines, percussive rhythms or atmospheric builds, each artist amplifies the song’s emotional tension in new, compelling ways.

David explains: “These remixes take “Would You..?” to another level for me, Some amazing creativity and directions I’d never have imagined, that work so nicely with the original sounds. I’m so excited about the release coming very soon!”

Lowe’s impact on the global soundscape is hard to overstate. His sonic fingerprints are all over major broadcasters, airlines, and institutions, from BBC and Euronews to British Airways and Barclays. Still, it’s the enduring allure of his Touch & Go work that keeps fans and new audiences alike intrigued.

With a legacy that bridges commercial success and artistic innovation, Touch & Go’s remix is a nostalgic nod that celebrates the timeless hit.
