Their new album Love Pedals coming out in Summer ’25 as a joint release on Little Cloud Records and Floravinyl Records, offers a rich, captivating, panoramic experience. The new album pushes the envelope with other worldly guitar sounds, verb drenched vocals and songs that are destined to become become instant classics.
‘Perfect World’ feels like a dream dipped in truth, a sonic tapestry woven from haze, hope and heart felt rebellion. Imagine swirling shoegaze guitars, thick with reverb and delay washing over you like sun-dappled fog. The tones shimmer, and then evoking both bliss and a faint ache, think MBV meets Tame Impala but gentler more meditative. The psychedelic layers pulse in slow motion like a mirage that never settles. Kim Field’s breathy voice surfs atop the tidal wave of sound, delicate but resolute. Her tone is tender, like she is whispering secrets to the universe but the words she sings carries a very real weight. There’s a calm urgency in her voice, the softness only amplifying her message. Beneath it all, a walking bass line and heavy, down tempo drum groove, borrowed from the original 60’s “wall of sound” moves with quiet determination, grounding the cosmic swirl.
