See: Jetstream Pony reveal new video for ‘If Not Now, When?’

With an all star cast of the indie great and good – Beth Arzy (The Luxembourg Signal, Trembling Blue Stars, Aberdeen, The Fireworks, Lightning in a Twilight Hour) on vocals, Shaun Charman (The Wedding Present, The Popguns, The Fireworks) on guitar and Kerry Boettcher (Turbocat) on bass, with Hannes Mueller (The BV’s, Endlich Bluete) on drums for live shows, Jetstream Pony are an act you have to keep your eye on, and ahead of the release of their new 7”, out on September 25th via Spinout Nuggets, they’ve released a new video for the a-side, If Not Now, When?

Full of Garage Rock, but with a sweet side, not least from Beth’s rather lovely vocals in conjunction with Shaun’s gruffer tones, If Not Now, When? crosses lines between rough and smooth, propelled by almost familiar melodies (there’s a skill) in the most gloriously ramshackle way.

Following a first issue sell-out only months ago, released via Shelflife (USA) and Kleine Untergrund Schallplatten (Germany), there are plans afoot for a reissue of the debut long player, this time adding track ‘It’ll Take More Than A Friday’ to the listing, with a limited run of 250 on splatter vinyl. Also out 25th September.
