American rock band Counting Crows have released an animated lyric video for their latest single ‘Elevator Boots’. The track is taken from their highly anticipated new EP, ‘Butter Miracle, Suite One’ due May 21st via BMG. The release which will be the first new music from the band in seven years.
A welcome return for a band that have always produced ear catching tunes and don’t seem to have lost their magic touch whilst they have been away. ‘Elevator Boots’ is gentle track thats comes straight out of the bands unique brand of songwriting. The track floats on strummed acoustic guitar and solid drumming. Melodic piano adds colour along with some nifty lead guitar runs during the upbeat chorus.
