Sheffield based rock up and comers Perfectparachutepicture share the explosive new single ‘White Noise’, the first single to be taken from their upcoming EP.
An eruption of chaotic riffs, punching drums and urgent yet melodic vocal delivery ‘White Noise’ captures a frantic, emotive sense of energy whilst also delivering infectious riffs and catchy vocal melodies. Instantly comparable to Royal Blood, particularly with the band’s bass player/ drummer line-up, the duo manage to replicate the same intense and enjoyable sonic experience as their peers whilst retaining a unique, raw freshness.
A huge, stadium worthy sound for just two musicians, ‘White Noise’ is no doubt an exciting and exhilarating listen with a chorus that sticks with you well after the first listen.
Discussing the single, the band shares: “White Noise is a track about the people who take everything from you, and never give back. It’s about the way that some people never realise how selfish they are, and the bits that they take from you over and over again. The track asks these people directly, ‘when will you leave?’ knowing that they won’t leave until there’s nothing left in it for them. The song is also about the noise around us that keeps us from reaching our full potential. It’s that niggling in the back of your head where you find yourself comparing your life to others, and wanting what they have, not taking notice of what you already have in your own hands.”
