Track: Static Lives – Rush

Dance rock alt band Static Lives, based in Sheffield, have released their debut single, ‘Rush’ which is also the first vinyl release from the new ‘S&M’ record label, an imprint created by Sheffield grassroots live music venue ‘Sidney and Matilda’

Lori, the band’s charismatic singer, describes ‘Rush’ as the euphoria experienced after a spectacular night out, resonating with the lingering beat of the night’s escapades.

Crackling with frantic energy the quick fire-riffing grabs you by the scruff of the neck and spins you around a sweaty dancefloor. Its an electrified track perfect for the live arena and a perfect introduction to the band.
