News: Lady Gaga Announces First Aussie Shows in a Decade – and It’s Total MAYHEM

After nearly a decade of radio silence, Lady Gaga has finally answered the call. The 14-time Grammy winner will bring the chaos of The MAYHEM Ball to Australian stadiums this December, marking her first shows down under since 2014’s gloriously unhinged ArtRave: The ARTPOP Ball. She’s locked in three colossal dates: Melbourne’s Marvel Stadium (Dec 5), Brisbane’s Suncorp Stadium (Dec 9), and Sydney’s Accor Stadium (Dec 12). Get ready to sweat glitter.

This leg of the tour follows a high-octane run of global headline slots, including Coachella, Mexico City, Singapore, and a jaw-dropping free show on Copacabana Beach that looked like something out of a fever dream. The MAYHEM Ball officially detonates in Las Vegas on July 16 before tearing through North America, Europe, and the UK like a rhinestone wrecking ball.

All of it is in support of her latest studio triumph, MAYHEM – a genre-smashing, chart-obliterating record that debuted at No. 1 in twelve countries and broke streaming records like it was child’s play. This isn’t just a comeback – it’s a coronation.

With over 5.2 billion global streams and her biggest vinyl week ever (cheers to 14 versions, some with bonus tracks like “Kill for Love” and “Can’t Stop the High”), MAYHEM is more than an album – it’s a pop manifesto. Tracks like “Die With a Smile” (feat. Bruno Mars) are already rewriting chart history, reigning at No. 1 on the Billboard Global 200 for an eye-watering 15 weeks. It’s Spotify’s longest-reigning global #1 ever, too. No biggie.

Described by Gaga as “assembling a shattered mirror,” MAYHEM is a celebration of defiance, chaos, vulnerability – and above all, reinvention. A maximalist pop diary that’s messy, beautiful, and totally unforgettable. Just like her.
