The Laneway Festival may have sold out Sydney and Melbourne in under an hour, but the good news is the celebration isn’t confined to the festival gates. Handsome Tours, Laneway Presents, Astral People, and triple j have teamed up to deliver a stacked run of Laneway 2026 sideshows — from the dreamy pop of BENEE and Cavetown to the chaotic rock of Geese and the gauzy shoegaze of Wisp. Here’s where you can catch the lineup’s brightest stars up close and personal this February.

BENEE

Six years after her last Laneway appearance, BENEE returns for three exclusive headline shows. Armed with her upcoming sophomore album Ur An Angel I’m Just Particles (out Nov 7), she’s ready to bring her sharp storytelling and elastic alt-pop to intimate stages. Expect fresh cuts like Off The Rails and Cinnamon alongside favourites Supalonelyand Soaked.

Dates:
Wed 11 Feb – Liberty Hall, Sydney
Sat 14 Feb – Torquay Hotel
Sun 15 Feb – 170 Russell, Melbourne

CAVETOWN

From bedroom uploads to global stages, Cavetown (Robin Skinner) returns with his most introspective record yet, Running With Scissors. Expect tender crowd sing-alongs, stories of growing up, and the kind of lyrical warmth that’s made him a voice for his generation.

Dates:
Wed 11 Feb – Enmore Theatre, Sydney
Thu 12 Feb – Palais Theatre, Melbourne

GEESE

Brooklyn’s Geese are bringing their unpredictable chaos to Australian shores for the first time. Their third album Getting Killed pushes garage rock into wild, experimental terrain — equal parts tenderness and destruction. Expect a night of cathartic noise and pure unpredictability.

Dates:
Wed 11 Feb – Metro Theatre, Sydney
Thu 12 Feb – Croxton Bandroom, Melbourne
Sat 14 Feb – Freo.Social, Perth

GIGI PEREZ

The New Jersey-born hitmaker behind Sometimes (Backwood) makes her Australian debut, following the massive success of her album At The Beach, In Every Life. With billions of streams and a live reputation that balances heartbreak and grit, Gigi Perez is set to bring emotional fire to her first Aussie stages.

Dates:
Tue 10 Feb – Enmore Theatre, Sydney
Wed 11 Feb – Forum, Melbourne

JENSEN MCRAE

The Los Angeles storyteller known for turning heartbreak into haunting poetry brings her soul-piercing songs from I Don’t Know How But They Found Me! to Australian audiences for the first time. Expect quiet devastation and luminous honesty.

Dates:
Thu 12 Feb – Metro Theatre, Sydney
Sat 14 Feb – 170 Russell, Melbourne

MALCOLM TODD

From scooping ice cream to global buzz, Malcolm Todd’s rise is the stuff of Gen Z legend. His 2025 self-titled debut and viral single Roommates prove his knack for pairing humour and heartbreak with swaggering charm. Now, he hits Australia and New Zealand with his first ever headline run.

Dates:
Wed 4 Feb – Meow Nui, Wellington
Tue 10 Feb – Roundhouse, Sydney
Wed 11 Feb – Northcote Theatre, Melbourne

MT. JOY

After conquering Madison Square Garden, Mt. Joy are bringing their anthemic indie rock to Australia for the first time. Their fourth record Hope We Have Fun continues their streak of warm, full-hearted songwriting that transforms rooms into choirs.

Dates:
Mon 9 Feb – Enmore Theatre, Sydney
Tue 10 Feb – Forum, Melbourne

OKLOU

A French experimentalist at the crossroads of pop and ambient, Oklou arrives for her first Australian shows following the release of her debut album choke enough. Expect cinematic soundscapes, glitchy synths, and emotional intensity that lingers.

Dates:
Tue 10 Feb – Metro Theatre, Sydney
Thu 12 Feb – Northcote Theatre, Melbourne

WISP

At just 21, Wisp has redefined shoegaze for a new generation. Her viral hit Your Face and debut album If Not Winterblend nostalgia and noise into something heartbreakingly modern. With Sydney and Melbourne headline shows, she’ll bring her dreamy intensity to life for the first time down under.

Dates:
Thu 12 Feb – Liberty Hall, Sydney
Sat 14 Feb – Croxton Bandroom, Melbourne
