Captured on a thermal-imaging camera, the new video for The Cell by Gojira is an unequivocally intense, vociferous assault on the senses. Taken from last year’s Magma, the video was directed by Drew Cox, and sees the band performing amongst a myriad of images depicting scenes of surveillance, nature, religion and the human body- to name but a few.
Following its release last year, Magma gained several Album Of The Year titles, whilst also earning its curators their first ever Grammy nominations for Best Metal Performance (for the track Silvera) AND Best Rock Album.
