Brooklyn psych-rockers BIRDS’ new single is featured on a 7″ split with Stuyedeyed, out this Friday (11/3) on Greenway Records. It comes just two months after the release of their debut LP, Everything All At Once, and features more of their fuzzed-out, psych-tinged sound. Almost ghostly in its delivery (surprisingly enough…) it’s a dark place, inhabited by echo heavy guitar loops, layers of fuzz and trippy backing harmonies. But strip it all away and its a damn fine, lovable pop song.
The band heads out on tour with Stuyedeyed this weekend.
