Video: Ed Staal Shares Visuals For Infectious New Single ‘Baby Blue’

UK pop newcomer Ed Staal shares the video for his new single ‘Baby Blue’, a fittingly polished visual to fit with the single’s streamlined sound.

Taken from the upcoming EP Battle Scars & Broken Hearts, ‘Baby Blue’ offers an exciting first look at the upcoming self-recorded, self-produced collection of tracks. Fusing elements of retro soul in with his modern pop sound, Ed captures a unique cool, catchy and vibey sound with a bopping beat and baseline which set the tone for the dappled synths, guitars and infectious lead vocal.

Talking about the single Ed adds: “The track is about looking back on a past relationship with hindsight and seeing how immature myself and the actual relationship became. Touching on how meeting new people has felt meaningless since the end of us.”

Showcasing heaps of commercial potential, ‘Baby Blue’ is an exciting intro to this young up and coming pop artist. Watch the video below:
